By-law 8-2022 Developmental Tax Incentive Program
The Municipality of Bifrost-Riverton is pleased to announce an update of the Tax Incentive Program to support development within the municipality.
Three types of development are covered by the program: Commercial New and Expansion, Single-Family Dwelling, and Multi-Family Dwelling. Each development type has its own progressive tax rebate scale over a differing number of years.
